Michael Eskenazi
Michael Eskenazi is a Seattle area native who grew up on Mercer Island and received a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Washington in 1988. Michael has been in the mortgage business since 1994. He was a principal in Arboretum Mortgage and Escrow. He has used his extensive knowledge in mortgage lending to help borrowers with their specific needs.
Michael started Lakeview Mortgage with Mark Beebe to concentrate on service- oriented lending. Michael & Mark's teamwork and experience will help increase the service and also find the best rates and programs for their clients. Their team's professional approach is to fulfill the customer's needs without making the borrowing process uncomfortable.

Mark Beebe
Mark Beebe grew up in Bellevue and received his bachelor degree from the University of Washington. Mark has been in the residential mortgage industry since 1994. Prior to starting Lakeview Mortgage, Mark Beebe served with Bay Mortgage for nine years, where he was the top producer 3 of his last 4 years. Mark has a strong and genuine belief in the "customer for life" principle of doing business. Referrals from previous clients and local professionals have always delivered the majority of Mark's production.
Mark started Lakeview Mortgage with Michael Eskenazi to concentrate on service-oriented lending. Eric Freeman
Eric Freeman grew up in Portland, Oregon and graduated from the University of Washington, where he played varsity tennis for the Huskies. He has been in the residential mortgage industry for over 15 years, and obtains all of his business through referrals. Since 1993, Eric has closed over $450,000,000 in residential loans in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
As an experienced mortgage broker, Eric has long-standing relationships with the best lenders in the market, and is able to offer numerous program and pricing options for any situation. Also because of his extensive lending experience, as well as Lakeview Mortgage's reputation, he and Lakeview Mortgage enjoy several preferred relationships with lenders that provide superior pricing and underwriting not available to other brokers.
To get away from things, Eric enjoys golf, tennis, squash, and skiing. He lives in Seattle with his wife of 16 years and his two sons.

Matt MacGregor
Matt MacGregor grew up on Bainbridge Island and earned a Business degree at the University of Denver. He moved back to Seattle to continue sailing and he now resides in Queen Anne with his wife Alison.
Matt specializes in all residential financing and excels at finding the best program for his client's individual situation and needs. He has excellent product knowledge which has led to his outstanding performance in the industry. This allows him a business securely based on 100% referrals from the satisfied customers and real estate professionals he works with. He also has strong ties to Colorado and California to ensure transactions out of state are flawless.
Matt also provides market insight and informational follow-ups so clients and realtors are always apprised of the mortgage industry. Total customer service is Matt's number one priority.

Joe Augustavo
Joe Augustavo grew up in Seattle and received a degree in Communications from the University of San Francisco in 1987. Joe has been in the mortgage industry since 1997 and now resides with his wife Brenda and two children in the Montlake area of Seattle.
Joe came to Lakeview Mortgage in May of 2010 after working mainly in Kirkland for the last 13 years. He is excited to be on the Seattle side and looks forward to servicing loans for many years to come. At Lakeview, he will be able to offer clients competitive rates and costs that compete with anyone. This will help him continue his excellent service that has given him a reputation of being fair and honest.
